International shipment is provided by courier companies in countries listed below. Current prices of shipping are also listed below. Order can be processed only with prepayment with traditional bank transfer or with PayU (Polish payment operator – credit cards and quick transfers from Polish banks).

International shipping is additional services. If any product is shown as free shipping in our shop, it only applies in Poland. Abroad shipping is always paid and final cost is listed in cart before placing order (exception: check list of excluded zip codes below).

These cost apply only for one package. If weight of you package reaches limit – our system will apply next package for your order.

¹ – delivery time declared by the carrier is approximate. It is always given in working days (from monday to friday). Time of delivery is not guaranteed by couriers. Delivery may be also delayed in during heavy load of carrier, like for example: holidays, winter (hard road conditions) and during long weekends.

Areas served with additional charge

Some areas in some countries are served only with additional charge (for eg. islands, areas away from big cities or hard available). Package handling in these regions may also take a little longer than usualy. See attachment with zip codes for every country below:

Unsupported regions

For logistical reasons or carrier restrictions we do not ship to following regions and countries:

• Whole countries, without exceptions: Germany, France, Greece, Great Britain and Northern Ireland
• Italy: Vatican, San Marino and cities Livigno and Campione d’Italia
• Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Mellila

Goods we do not ship internationally

• Natural Code, LEV, Aldog, Alcat – we are able to send Natural Code, LEV, Aldog, Alcat only in Poland
• OTC drugs (such Foresto, Frontline etc.)
